In a major move, Argos is broadening its beauty selection with top brands like Clarins, Bondi Sands, and Medicube, marking the retailer’s most extensive product range expansion to date.

The expansion follows the launch of Argos’s Trusted Sellers marketplace, which allows selected third-party brands and retailers to list products on the Argos website.

The retailer aims to offer more than 130,000 products through vetted third-party sellers by the end of 2026.

Graham Biggart, Managing Director at Argos, said: “Argos has always been famous for offering customers amazing brands and own brands.”

“The launch of Trusted Sellers enables us to complement those ranges with thousands of new lines from brands and independent businesses that mean our customers get an even wider range,” Biggart added.

Beauty brands now available through the marketplace include Clarins, Bondi Sands, Medicube, and Dermalogica, with further brands expected to join.

Argos says it reaches almost half of UK households and receives more than one billion website and app visits each year. Around 80% of its sales originate online, providing beauty suppliers with an additional digital distribution channel through an established retail platform.

The marketplace forms part of a wider transformation programme, which includes investment in its digital experience, rapid delivery capabilities, and Argos Pay.

“Our ambition is simple – to make Argos the place customers can come to complete more of their shopping mission in one visit,” added Biggart. “Trusted Sellers allows us to significantly expand the range available to customers whilst maintaining the trust, convenience and shopping experience they expect from Argos.”

The development follows Sainsbury’s agreement in July to sell Argos to Swift Partners. The transaction is expected to complete in February 2027, subject to regulatory and other conditions.
