Nocibé appoints Raphaël Campos for its real estate development
Nocibé announced on Monday that Raphaël Campos will take over as Director of Real Estate, joining the company’s executive committee chaired by Nicolas Debray. The appointment places a veteran of retail property at the helm of the French perfume retailer’s expansion plans.
New leadership for Nocibé’s property strategy
With more than 550 stores, Nocibé runs the largest selective distribution network for perfumes and cosmetics in France. The chain has been pushing a premium store concept that emphasizes personalized beauty services. The board said the new director will be tasked with boosting the performance and appeal of that format.
In its statement, the retailer noted that Campos’ mandate includes overseeing the entire property portfolio, coordinating renovations, and steering the rollout of the premium concept across existing and future locations.
Campos’ career in retail property
Before joining Nocibé, Campos spent two decades in commercial real estate and retail development. He began his professional life in finance with MLP and BNP Paribas, then moved to a major shopping‑centre operator in 2008.

At Klépierre, he helped shape the group’s expansion strategy, before shifting to the Société des Centres Commerciaux (SCC) in 2012. Two years later he was appointed Development Director for France at Inditex, the parent of Zara and other brands.
Returning to SCC in 2016 as Head of Retail, Campos later became Executive Director, covering development, leasing, legal matters and overall retail strategy. His most recent work involved independent consulting for several leading retailers on property and concept design.
He holds degrees from NEOMA Reims and ICADE Madrid, plus an executive master from Babson College in Boston and HEC Paris.
His résumé reads like a map of European retail real estate, touching on both shopping‑centre owners and fast‑fashion giants. The move feels like a quiet shuffle in the boardroom, yet it could signal a shift in how Nocibé approaches its store footprint.
