Pan Pacific London Offers Exclusive Skin Rocks Treatments
Skin Rocks by Caroline Hirons has partnered with Pan Pacific London, making the luxury hotel the first in the capital to offer the brand’s treatments.
According to Pan Pacific London, the treatment targets skin affected by travel and stress. Half of it consists of a 30-minute lifting massage, inspired by the hotel’s turndown ritual.
Starting October 15, guests can purchase the Skin Rocks range at the hotel. Additionally, Hirons and the Skin Rocks Pro team will host masterclasses on barrier health, seasonal routines, and skincare myths.

Located at One Bishopsgate Plaza near Liverpool Street, the 237-room Pan Pacific London was designed by Yabu Pushelberg and holds a MICHELIN Key. Its SENSORY Spa & Wellbeing occupies a full floor and features an 18.5-meter infinity pool.

This partnership expands Skin Rocks’ professional market presence, following the launch of its Skin Rocks Pro Academy in Farringdon earlier this year.
This London agreement is the latest in a series of hotel spa partnerships for Skin Rocks this year. In May, Fairmont St Andrews became the brand’s first Scottish luxury spa partner, providing a 50-minute facial with internal training for spa and front-of-house teams.
In September, Skin Rocks partnered with One Spa at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa Edinburgh.
In retail, Skin Rocks maintains limited UK distribution through its website, Space NK, Liberty, and John Lewis. Internationally, the brand recently launched exclusively with Douglas in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland.
